What you can do with a selection
Cmd click a frame and a toolbar appears at the bottom. The right-click menu is a different list. Here's both.

Cmd click a thumbnail to enter select mode. Shift click takes a range. One frame ticked is enough to open the bottom toolbar.
Right-clicking any thumbnail opens the context menu, whether or not you're in select mode. Where an action can work on many frames, it uses your selection if this frame is part of it, and just this frame if it's not.
Almost six minutes on On the record in particular, which is the action on this page with real consequences. It decides whether a publication editor can find a frame at all.
The bottom toolbar

| CAROUSEL | Opens the carousel studio with your selection already as slides |
| SUBMISSION | Starts an editorial submission from the selection |
| ADD TO QUEUE | Stages the selection for whatever you do with it next |
| EDIT | Opens the Bulk Edit sheet, with the count of images you're about to change |
| EXPORT | Renamed JPEGs with your alt text written into the file |
| AUDIT ALT TEXT | Opens the audit, scoped to the selection |
| DUPLICATES | Opens the duplicate alt text report |
| CLEAR | Drops the selection and leaves select mode |
The right-click menu

Export, the alt text audit and the duplicate report are toolbar only. An AUDIT ALT TEXT button also sits in the Archive's own top bar. It reads AUDIT FILTERED and narrows itself to what you're looking at whenever a wedding, event phase, subject, star rating or favorites filter is on.
