Most of the record, and none of the money.
Settings is always reachable. Cmd 5 and the sidebar both open it for everyone, so a member can see their own account details and the brand fields they work from. The Ledger builds its chapters from your plan tier and the Role set in Chapter 02, and then hides the rows that are yours alone.
Three things are owner-only: your license details, the key rows in Chapter 08, and billing. A team member can't see them and can't change them.
That doesn't slow anyone's work down. A member on a Studio or Agency workspace catalogs against the WORKSPACE ANTHROPIC KEY exactly as they always have. The key keeps working for everything they do. They just never see its value.

Everything else in the Ledger, the brand kit, the voice, the facts, the schedule, the channels, and the machinery, is there for a member to work from.
