What this chapter holds depends entirely on your plan.
On Solo it's one row, TEAM · STUDIO + AGENCY TIERS, and unfolding it shows a card headed "Bring the studio in." It reads: "Team members, per-area permissions, and client approval workflows are part of Studio and Agency plans." Under it sits SEE PLANS & PRICING.
On Studio and Agency you get five rows, and Agency gets a sixth at the top.

The invite sheet
Invite a team member opens a sheet with three things to set. Not four. No separate Role control exists; the role is worked out from the access level you choose.
- Email. Their invitation link works for seven days.
- Access. Four choices, described below.
- Instagram approval. Three choices, described below.
The access levels are:

| Viewer | Read-only access to the archive. |
| Custom | Unfolds five switches so you pick each one yourself. |
There is no Editor level. It was retired deliberately, both because it carried the same flags as Full access and because in les Archives the word editor means a publication editor, not a colleague.
Choosing Custom reveals exactly five switches: Archive, Content (carousels, captions), Calendar, Publishing (Pinterest, Instagram), and Brand Kit settings. Billing is never offered. Always off for invitees, and the sheet says so.
The Instagram approval choices are:

| Direct | Their posts go live as soon as they schedule them. You see the activity in the feed, you aren't asked to approve. |
| In-app approval | Their posts wait for you inside les Archives. Pending items appear in your Approvals inbox. |
| Preview link | Their posts generate a phone-style preview link, emailed to you, approved from your browser. |
The sheet is clear that this applies to Instagram only. Pinterest posts go live without approval either way.
The same three choices as the workspace default in APPROVAL MODE, writing the same value. Setting one here just overrides the default for that one person.
The members roster
MEMBERS unfolds a list. Your own row sits at the top with the stamp OWNER · ALL AREAS. Each member below shows their email and their role. Press Edit next to a member and five chips appear: Archive, Content, Calendar, Publishing, Brand Settings. Tap a chip to grant or revoke that area. It saves immediately.
Five chips, not six. Billing isn't in the list.
