The Dashboard
What needs you today, and nothing else.
Updated Aug 14, 20263 min readApplies to 1.1.5
The first thing you see in the morning. What needs you, what moved yesterday, what a client or an editor is waiting on.
Click the les Archives wordmark at the top of the sidebar, or press Cmd 0.
The hero band
One line across the top. Today's date, the workspace you're currently managing, your image count against your monthly allowance with the reset date, and three numbers.
- Editor requests waiting
- Debriefs back this week
- Posts scheduled this week
When editor requests and debriefs back are both at zero, the band replaces all three numbers with a single line: All caught up. Nothing is waiting on us today.
If you run more than one workspace, a small bell appears in the hero band with a count of clients who have come back asking for revisions. It counts across every workspace, not just the one you're in. Click it and the Dashboard scrolls to the Client responses card.
The main column
On the Record inbox. Editor usage requests, with Approve, Decline, and Counter right there.
Editor messages. Threads where the editor spoke last, with a reply box inline.
Recent activity. A running feed of what happened in the workspace.
The right rail
Six cards, and a seventh on multi-workspace accounts.
| Card | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Finish setting up | The optional Settings you haven't done yet: writing samples, Substack or blog link, logo and colors, studio bio, watermark. Dismissible with Hide this, and it disappears on its own once all five are done. |
| What needs you today | The most important pending items across the workspace, ranked |
| Client responses | Clients who asked for revisions, across every workspace you hold. Only renders when the account has more than one workspace. |
| Debriefs | Who has submitted theirs and who hasn't |
| Submissions in flight | Open editorial submissions and where each one stands |
| High-res requests | Editors waiting on original files |
| Catalog status | Anything currently running |
Client responses is the seventh card. A Solo photographer with one workspace will never see it. An Agency operator will see it every day, because it's the only place the app tells you a client in a workspace you aren't currently looking at needs something. Each row carries the client name, a REVISIONS REQUESTED stamp, their note, and how long ago they sent it.

Still stuck
Tell us what happened and we will usually answer the same day. If it is more of a question than a bug, ask the room. Every tester reads it, and you are already signed in.
