The detail panel
A pinned console, then ten sections written out in one continuous fall. Nothing collapses.
Updated Aug 14, 20265 min readApplies to 1.1.5
Click any frame and the panel opens on the right. Built as a record rather than a form. A console sits at the top and never scrolls. Everything below it runs top to bottom, separated by rules, with each section heading sticking to the top of the scroll as you pass it.
No disclosure triangles anywhere. Nothing collapses and nothing expands. The only thing that changes between images is the content. Scroll position resets to the top every time you pick a new frame.
The console
Pinned to the top, identical on every image.
The couple's name, the frame's position as IMAGE 12 / 480, and the file name,
which you can select and copy. Then the star rating, with press 1–5 beside it.
Then ♥ FAV and ★ FEAT. Then + ADD TO QUEUE · Q and + SUBMISSIONS ·
S, which flip to ✓ IN QUEUE and ✓ IN SUBMISSIONS. Then the one full-width
burgundy button, ⧉ COPY INSTAGRAM BUNDLE · ⇧⌘C.
Two things can appear here as ribbons underneath: NEVER USED, when the frame has no publishing history at all, and HERO FRAME.
One thing appears above the rating: a burgundy warning reading ⚠ NOT CLIENT-APPROVED TO SHARE, whenever client approval is set to Declined. It follows the frame everywhere it might be shared.

| WRITTEN | The six written fields. See below. |
| IDEAS | Reel hooks and long-form ideas, only the ones that have text |

| RIGHTS & NOTES | Client approval, and your own note on the frame |
Most section headings print a field count on the right, and they're right except for one. TAGS says 11 FIELDS and carries twelve rows. The phase row isn't counted.
Below those, two things appear conditionally. A BLOG FEATURE block, inset and read-only, when the frame has one. And a HIGH-RES ACCESS section, which only renders for people who aren't the workspace owner. As the owner you never see it, because you already have the originals.
Editing tags
Each row is a label on the left and its current values as chips on the right, with a small edit chip at the end that opens a menu.
Single-value fields, like Time of Day or Flash, show one chip. Pick from the menu to replace it.
Multi-value fields, like Subject, Color Palette or Emotion, show one chip per value and each chip is removable. Click a chip to take it off. Use the menu to add another. The menu ticks whatever is already set.
Fields that allow it have Enter custom… at the bottom of the menu. Type a value, press Return, and it's remembered for that field on every image from then on. Every menu also has Clear.
Empty fields show a small "not yet" chip rather than blank space.
WRITTEN
There is no Captions section. Six fields sit together under WRITTEN:
BRANDED CAPTION · IG SEO CAPTION · IG ENGAGE CAPTION · PINTEREST CAPTION · SEO ALT TEXT · HASHTAGS
Alt text and hashtags live here too. No separate SEO section.
Each has a COPY button on its label row. To edit, double-click the text. Return commits. Escape cancels. Nothing saves on click-away, and Cmd S does nothing here.
CREDITS
Read-only, all of it. We build it from the debrief rather than letting you type over it.
Each vendor shows as a role, a name and a handle, with a copy button that takes
that one line. A COPY BLOCK button at the top takes all of them at once. If
particular vendors were tagged on this photo, they're listed at the bottom as a
small line reading on this photo:.
USED
Three rows, Instagram, Pinterest and Substack. Each reads the frame's status, or never used. Where we have a published date, it follows the status.
Where you check what you've already done with a frame before you do it again.
RIGHTS & NOTES
CLIENT APPROVAL is a three-way control, not a toggle: APPROVED, NOT ASKED, DECLINED. Not asked is the default and is a real state, distinct from declined. Declined is what lights the warning in the console.
NOTES is a free text box for your own note on the frame. It saves when you click away from it.
