Brand assets and the caption
Your kit on the canvas, and the caption box that already knows who to credit.

Brand assets
Click the seal icon at the far left of the document toolbar. The Brand Assets panel slides out.
The panel reads from a folder on your Mac. If you haven't pointed it at one yet, it says so and offers Select Folder. Inside that folder we look for subfolders and sort what we find into four categories:
- Frames & Borders
- Film & Analog
- Logos & Watermarks
- Backgrounds & Textures
Drag any of it onto the canvas. The panel header carries a rescan button, an open-in-Finder button, and an upload button that pushes the library to your workspace so your team gets the same assets. A favourites filter keeps the six overlays you actually use one click away.
Your brand colours come from Settings rather than from this folder. They're the swatches offered for slide backgrounds, on the filmstrip's per-slide menu, with Apply to All Slides underneath.
The caption
The caption isn't in the right-hand panel. The right-hand panel is a read-only preview. The caption lives in the Schedule sheet, and it's written at the moment you schedule.
Press Schedule in the top bar and scroll past the date and the platform. CAPTION is a plain text box with an ASSIST menu beside it. The menu has two items:
- Polish what's written, which is off until there's something to polish
- Write a new option, which drafts one from the slides, the linked wedding and your brand voice
CREATIVE PARTNERS is the box under it. We fill it from the vendor tags on the images you used, deduplicated and in order. An ordinary text box. Edit it, add the handle the debrief missed, delete a name you would rather not credit. When you press Schedule or Save Draft we append it to the caption as one credit block, under whatever heading you set in Settings.
No clickable partner tags. Carousel Studio has no Save Caption button. What's in the two boxes when you press Schedule is what gets saved.
Saving and reopening
Save in the top bar writes the carousel. Open shows a count next to it and opens the Saved Carousels panel over the canvas.
Each row shows the title, the couple, a status badge, the slide count, the layout mode and the date. On the right of the row are three controls:

| Duplicate | Loads it, copies it, and drops you into the copy |
| Delete | Asks first, then removes it |
There is no right-click menu on those rows, no Rename, and no Export from there. To rename, open the carousel and edit the project title in the top bar. To export, open it and use the Export menu.
Drafts from your phone
If you sketched a carousel on the iPhone app it appears at the top of that same panel under [ FROM YOUR PHONE ], with a [ REFRESH ] button beside it. Click a row and it opens as a full editable project. It goes one way, phone to Mac.
