When the results look wrong
Three things to check, in order, and what you can actually regenerate.

Cataloging finished, you opened the Archive, and some of it sounds generic. Usually an input problem rather than a model problem, and the three inputs are easy to check.
1. Your brand voice instructions. Settings, 02 The Voice, BRAND VOICE INSTRUCTIONS. If that field is short or vague, the captions will be short and vague. Nothing else moves the output this much.
2. The debrief. Sparse debrief, sparse captions. If you fill in nothing else, fill in venue notes and memories.
3. The job details. Is the venue spelled right, is the location right, is the job type actually correct? We copy those through verbatim. ABOUT THIS JOB is read in full, so a paragraph there's worth more than a line.
What you can regenerate
Alt text, in bulk, in the alt text audit tool. It has a Regenerate button that rewrites from the image, your brand voice and the wedding's basics. Covered under The SEO tools.
What you can't
Individual fields in the detail panel. There's no per-field AI regenerate, and that is a decision rather than an oversight. The layout leaves room for it and we haven't faked a button that does nothing.
You can always edit by hand. Double-click the text in the WRITTEN section, Return commits, Escape cancels.
A full re-catalog of a finished job. Also deliberate. Running catalog on a finished job never re-tags and never re-bills, which means you can never accidentally spend your month twice. ADD IMAGES only picks up genuinely new files.
A batch re-tag is on the roadmap, with whatever guard rails make it safe.
The tag that's wrong on purpose
Film / Digital. We work it out by looking at the photograph, using grain, color rendering and tonality. Nothing else. That holds up on straight-out-of-camera work and gets shaky the moment you shoot both in a day.
So the tag will miss on hybrid galleries. Expected rather than broken, and a bulk edit sorts a whole wedding in about two minutes. Film or digital has the how and the why.
Two things people ask
Can I send the debrief from my phone? Not yet. Sending lives in the Mac app. Once sent, your client opens the link on anything.
What if the client wants to fill it in before the job exists? Create the job first. The link is tied to a job, and there's no general intake form that comes before one.
