Starting over
Reset les Archives to a clean state without touching a single photograph.

A normal thing to do, not an admission of anything. If a catalog is in a state nobody can explain, a clean start is faster than us debugging it over email.
1. Quit les Archives. Fully, not just the window.
2. Move the app's folder to the trash.
~/Library/Application Support/les Archives
In Finder, use Go, then Go to Folder, and paste that path exactly, including the space in the folder name.
If you want to clear the older location too, do the same with ~/.tbt-catalog.
That one holds your settings file, so clearing it resets your Settings as well as
your catalog.
3. Open the app and sign in again. Your workspace, your jobs, and everything already cataloged are still on the server. What you cleared was the local copy, so the app rebuilds it.
Starting over on the server too
That one we do for you. Ask in the room or email hi@lesarchives.app and say which workspace. We'll confirm before anything is deleted, and we don't do it from a message that reads like it might have been sent in frustration.

Still stuck
Tell us what happened and we will usually answer the same day. If it is more of a question than a bug, ask the room. Every tester reads it, and you are already signed in.
