Scheduling and exporting a carousel
Straight onto the Instagram calendar, or out as PNGs or a PDF.

The Schedule sheet
Schedule, top right. The sheet is a single narrow column that you scroll. It doesn't show your slides. If you want to check the artwork, look at the preview panel before you open it.
The header gives you the slide count and the couple. Then, in order:

The sheet opens already set to your next open Instagram slot, so NEXT AVAILABLE is there for when you've moved the pickers and want to go back. It reads your posting time slots from Settings, chapter 05, The Schedule, counts what's already booked on each day, and looks forward ninety days.
At the bottom: Cancel, SAVE DRAFT, and SCHEDULE CAROUSEL. Save Draft parks it in the Pipeline's Draft column without touching the live queue. Both buttons save the carousel first, so the calendar can always find its slides.
Exporting from the Studio
Cmd E, or the Export menu in the top bar. Two formats, for two jobs.

We ask where to put it, then render the slides one at a time with a progress bar. The Export button is greyed out while the canvas is empty and while an export is running.
That's the Studio's own export, and it gives you artwork. The batch export in Share, which gives you artwork plus the caption plus a calendar invite, is a different thing and lives under Exporting a post by hand.
