Activate your license
The first screen asks for a license key, not a password. Two fields and you are through it.

The very first thing les Archives shows you is not a sign in screen. It asks for the license key from your purchase confirmation. You do this once per Mac.
Find the email with your key
It arrived when your beta seat was set up. The key is four groups of four
characters, like ABCD-1234-EFGH-5678.
Enter that email and the key
Use the same email address the confirmation was sent to. The key field uppercases what you type, so you do not have to be careful about that.
What happens after this
Activation and your account are two separate things. Once the key validates, les Archives moves you on to signing in or creating an account, which is the next article.
We check it again quietly
Every launch, les Archives revalidates your key in the background. You will never see this unless something changed on our side. If a seat is ever revoked or a subscription lapses, the app shows a renewal screen on the next launch rather than failing halfway through a catalog.

Still stuck
Tell us what happened and we will usually answer the same day. If it is more of a question than a bug, ask the room. Every tester reads it, and you are already signed in.
